"Let's call it 'Ice Palace'," someone said -- and that decided it.  Weeks passed as slowly as it rose taking the shape of the ideas, hopes and plans of its builders, the Class of 1963, until finally it stood completed on the evening of December 14, 1962.  What was it?  It was Ice Palace, Narimasu's 9th annual Sno-ball and certainly one of its all-around best.
