HOW TO EDIT EMAIL MESSAGES: For those that don't know how...after hitting Reply, you will see the message you are replying to quoted on the page. Put your cursor at the beginning of the first word or line you wish to delete. Press your left mouse button, hold it down, and scroll along the line or down a paragraph. This will highlight what you wish to delete. Then release the mouse button. For those using Internet Explorer (IE), go to the top and hit "Cut", voila, the words or paragraph disappears. If you don't have "Cut" on your Toolbar, and for those on Netscape, after highlighting what you wish to delete, go up top and click on EDIT, then click on CUT. Using this you can quote pertinent parts of a message so that people know to what you are referring, thus eliminating most of the reply and not quote the whole message, or two or three messages that have been tacked on. You can also use this to cut and paste. If you want to rearrange a paragraph, highlight what you wish to move, hit CUT, then put the curser where you want to place the item and hit PASTE. And there it is! This is also how to quote only pertinent parts of the message so folks know what you are referring to, yet eliminate the other parts of the message. When you get to the end, you can eliminate their name, and all the housekeeping items at the bottom of the message such as Yahoo's ads, how to subscribe, unsubscribe, Change Email Address, etc. Now you have a nice clean reply. For those that are new to this, you might practice on a couple of messages. But instead of hitting SEND, just exit (click on the X at top right corner) out of the Reply. It will ask if you want to keep it, hit NO and it will go away. If anyone has any questions about it, drop me a line at my email address. wyoung@narimasu.net Walt
